Order Cancellation Policy

At PestSolve, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review this Order Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Requests

To request an order cancellation, contact support@trypestsolve.com. Cancellation requests are subject to the status of your order and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment, processing, packaging, or shipment. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Once an order has entered processing, been packaged, assigned a tracking number, transferred to a carrier, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Because we use third-party fulfillment partners, orders may enter fulfillment shortly after purchase.

4. Orders in Transit

Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. Customers must wait until delivery before requesting a return under our Refund Policy. Refusing or abandoning a shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address changes may not be possible after processing begins, and we are not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect information.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if we reasonably suspect fraud, anticipated payment disputes, abuse of our policies, or violations of our Terms of Service.

7. Refunds

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Relationship to Refund Policy

This policy should be read together with our Refund Policy. Orders that cannot be canceled may still qualify for a return after delivery if they meet the conditions of that policy.
