Order Cancellation Policy

At PestSolve, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review this Order Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting:

support@trypestsolve.com

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the order's processing status.

2. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment, processing, packaging, or shipment.

If an order is successfully canceled before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Once an order has:

  • Entered processing

  • Been prepared for shipment

  • Been packaged

  • Been assigned a tracking number

  • Been handed to a shipping carrier

  • Been shipped

the order can no longer be canceled.

Because our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and logistics partners, orders often enter fulfillment shortly after purchase.

Customers acknowledge that cancellation may not be possible even if a cancellation request is submitted shortly after an order is placed.

4. Orders in Transit

Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled.

Customers must wait until delivery has been completed before requesting a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refusing delivery, abandoning a shipment, or attempting to intercept a package does not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If an order has already entered processing or shipment, address changes may not be possible.

PestSolve shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests where we reasonably believe:

  • Fraudulent activity has occurred

  • Payment disputes are anticipated

  • Abuse of our policies is suspected

  • The request violates these Terms

7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Relationship to Return Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders that cannot be canceled may still qualify for return after delivery if they meet the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
